ABOUT ME
I am passionate about Lifestyle Medicine, with a particular interest in preparing plant-predominant food; whether creating a hearty dinner, or a scrumptious dessert.
My journey into this field was jump-started by a traumatic personal health experience. Part of that journey has been constantly learning as much as I can about being well, both mentally and physically. I am particularly passionate about nutrition and supporting those transitioning to, or finding motivation to maintain, a plant-based way of eating.
Aside from being with my family, my favorite places are outdoors or in my kitchen. I have a lifelong passion for learning and supporting others.
I look forward to working with you!

Although I have gained vast and varied knowledge about nutrition and food, I am not a nutritionist or dietician. If you require specific guidance in this area, I may recommend you work with a Licensed Nutritionist and/or Registered Dietician as a companion to our work together. These services are often part of no-cost preventive care offered by a health insurance plan.
